Our mission

Making video a team sport

Scenery is a collaborative video workspace that combines asset management, video editing, and review in one tool — with AI assisted workflows.

We’re here to make video a team sport with an all-in-one tool for managing assets, creating professional edits, and gathering feedback — with inviting teammates and collaborators as easy as sharing a link.

We know video

We're lucky to have a team with decades of experience in the video and creative tooling industry.

Our founders Mike Folgner and Ryan Cunningham started Jumpcut in 2005, an online video sharing site with a consumer cloud based video editor. Jumpcut was acquired by Yahoo! where they led video and R&D teams. Ryan and Mike then started SnappyTV in 2010, a professional cloud based video post-production suite. The NFL, ABC, the NBA, and other premium content brands used SnappyTV, which was acquired by Twitter in 2014 where they led video publishing and live video teams, including Periscope.

We've grown our team to include folks who've worked on Apple's pro video team, edited video for NBC Sports, scaled engineering teams at Twitter, Salesforce, Adobe, and more.
